Take time to nourish yourself and your body with gentle movement and relaxation . Learn comforting positions and breathing techniques that can assist you in preparation for labour and birth. Designed to make you feel comfortable, help alleviate common pregnancy symptoms, improve sleep as well as a great way to meet other expectant mums. Empowering woman throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Classes taught by qualified midwife and yoga teacher with specialised training in pregnancy, postnatal and mum and baby yoga.

I have loved the prenatal yoga classes with Sara. During my pregnancy I booked into three blocks. Sara is an excellent & professional yoga instructor who makes you feel welcome and is so inclusive. You can work at any level which is right for you and baby with no judgement! I always felt so relaxed after her classes. Meeting other like-minded mum-to-be and sharing experiences is another highlight, the chats at the start of the class are lovely.
