Take time to nourish yourself and your body with gentle movement and relaxation . Learn comforting positions and breathing techniques that can assist you in preparation for labour and birth. Designed to make you feel comfortable, help alleviate common pregnancy symptoms, improve sleep as well as a great way to meet other expectant mums. Empowering woman throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Classes taught by qualified midwife and yoga teacher with specialised training in pregnancy, postnatal and mum and baby yoga.

Having attended the first session of prenatal yoga, I am so pleased I have booked onto the block. The class was extremely welcoming and Sara created a really safe environment. It was great to meet the other members of the group and it will be lovely to go on the journey together. I’m looking forward to next week already! Thank you.

I would highly recommend the prenatal yoga, the class was a combination of gentle yoga, breathing and relaxation techniques as well as providing a space to share experiences and meet with other expectant mums. Sara is very knowledgable and you feel in safe hands knowing that Sara was previously a midwife and has a wealth of experience. My only regret is that I joined when I was so far along which meant I could only attend one block before baby arrived!
