What happens at this event?

Yin Yang style class that combines the benefits of yin and yang yoga styles. This style of class can help improve flexibility, balance the mind and body, and reduce stress and anxiety. 

This class is all about balance. The first part of class (Yang) is a dynamic flow sequence. The second section (Yin) incorporates long supported holds to fully relax your body and mind. This class gives you the best of both worlds to start your week right!

Went to my first class this week as a complete beginner. Made to feel incredibly welcome and was given helpful advice to alter the class to my needs. I enjoyed it so much I booked my next class for the following week as soon as I’d finished. Would not hesitate to recommend.
