Sara has created a beautiful haven in her yoga studio. She made me feel welcome from the first time I stepped into the room. Her classes are the perfect blend of strength and stretch, challenge and relaxation. Sara is incredibly supportive and encourages you to move in the way that is best for you. All of this comes with Sara’s lovely sense of humour! I always leave the studio feeling wonderful! Amazing classes from an amazing teacher! Thank you Sara.

Loving the Wednesday night class, it’s a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The class is well balanced, and by the end of the class I feel both energised and calm at the same time. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
