Breathe into being - A Day Retreat

A fabulous retreat...great to just 'stop' and make time for yourself!

The breathe into being retreat with the lovely Sara was nothing short of life-changing. From the very beginning, there was a deep sense of care and presence in the space she created one that felt safe, supportive, and gently powerful. The breathwork was at the heart of the day, and it truly shifted something deep within me. I had been carrying emotions that felt stuck for years - grief, tension, unspoken sadness and through Sara’s gentle and skilful guidance, something finally gave way. The release was powerful and very real. It was emotional, it was intense and it was wonderful. Like my body and soul had been waiting for this exact moment to finally let go. Sara holds space with such kindness and deep wisdom. Her presence made it possible for me to go to the places I had been avoiding and come out lighter, clearer, and more connected to who I really am. This retreat wasn’t just a beautiful day it was a turning point. I left with a sense that something lasting had changed within me, and I’m so deeply grateful to Sara for guiding me there.
