I’d highly recommend Sara’s Yin Yoga class! Sara created a calming atmosphere with soft lighting, restful music and mindful guidance. The poses allowed for deep release and relaxation,  and Sara offered alternative poses and use of yoga blocks or bolsters to support all levels.  I left the class feeling refreshed and  more flexible after a busy week at work.  I’ll definitely be returning!
