I’d highly recommend Sara’s Yin Yoga class! Sara created a calming atmosphere with soft lighting, restful music and mindful guidance. The poses allowed for deep release and relaxation,  and Sara offered alternative poses and use of yoga blocks or bolsters to support all levels. Sara is very knowledgable and you feel in safe hands knowing that Sara was previously a midwife and has a wealth of experience. My only regret is that I joined when I was so far along which meant I could only attend one block before baby arrived!

Sara had gone above and beyond to give us all the most incredible day. I shared the day with 10 other unbelievably beautiful individuals & everyone was free and safe to be seen and open as themselves. Every activity we did (including a cacao ceremony, journaling, sound healing, yoga and a delicious lunch!) just made the day better and better. I cannot wait for the next one!
